Aviv Jones of family trucking business Trucks 4 Hire couldn't be clearer on what she expects from the director of Intercivil, a civil construction business, which was put into receivership by the BNZ, and then liquidation by the courts.

It owes the better part of half a million dollars to Trucks 4 Hire, which has been doing everything it can to pay its own creditors. That includes voluntarily handing over a $100,000 truck to a business Trucks 4 Hire owed money to, as a result of its contract with Intercivi . . . .
