‘Step Up: Developing High Potential Women into the Leaders of Tomorrow’ offers companies the opportunity to invest in the best and brightest female talent by proving them nine months of in-depth training, designed by female business leaders to create female business leaders.

Step Up is the brainchild of business leadership coaches Kate Taylor and Julene Hope of Jigsaw Strategy, and has been created in conjunction with renowned business Experiential Learning expert Sally Duxfield.

"This is a leadership development programme with a difference. There’s nothing quite like it in New Zealand," says Taylor. "We know that having an arsenal of weapons isn’t helpful without the ability to wield them in the real world … and that’s what we deliver."

The programme consists of three, 3-day workshops at the beautiful Waihōanga River Lodge and Retreat on the Kapiti Coast, just north of Wellington. The first workshops are scheduled for October 2018, February 2019 and May 2019.

Following each camp, every participant will receive personalised one-on-one coaching. These sessions have been specifically designed to support practical application of the programme in the real world, as well as identify the bottlenecks, obstacles and black holes that may be impeding progress . . . . >
