It was many moons ago that New Zealand farmer Wayne Coffey dreamt up the idea for a manual sheep handler.

As he tinkered with the first Combi Clamp in the tractor shed he never dreamed it would grow to be what it is today.

Combi Clamp now has its own premises in Palmerston North, New Zealand, where they manufacture their sheep and cattle handling equipment for New Zealand and Australia.

Ritchie Agriculture, a Scottish agricultural machinery business, manufactures and dispatches Combi Clamp sheep handlers in the northern hemisphere.

While Combi Clamp has grown substantially, it is still at heart, a family business as Wayne and Lynley support their youngest daughter, Fiona, to step into their shoes.

The Combi Clamp Sheep Handler is a testament to the benefits of simple mechanics.

Requiring no air or power, the handler is portable, simple to set up, and quiet.

There are few animal health tasks that cannot be completed in the Combi Clamp with hands-free operation and clear access to most parts of the animal.

Being gentle and quiet, stock flow well through the handler, even more so on subsequent passes.

You can tailor your Combi Clamp to suit your operation with a full range of optional extras.

The Auto Head Yoke must be seen to be believed.

The automatic catch never fails, no matter the size or speed of the cattle, and the automatic resetting improves the efficiency and ease of single person cattle handling.

These head bales can be purchased on their own through Landmark, but if you want to match it with a tough, and user-friendly cattle crush then contact Wayne Coffey at Combi Clamp directly.

The Combi Clamp Cattle Crush range has been built with strength, but also to allow for front opening gates on both sides.
