Apr 11 - Fukuoka, April 10 (Jiji Press)--Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co. <9031> said Tuesday that it will acquire a 90 pct equity stake in GCS Logistics Ltd. of New Zealand, which mainly offers maritime cargo transportation services.
