Beijer Ref NZ opens new facility

Beijer Ref CEO Per Bertland has officially opened a new 10,000m² support and distribution centre in Auckland, New Zealand.

The new facility allows more efficient inventory control and logistics along with back office support for its two refrigeration wholesaling companies Patton and Realcold.

The two companies were acquired by Beijer Ref in 2015, making Beijer Ref the largest refrigeration wholesaler in New Zealand.

The new facility on the Highbrook Business Park south of Auckland comprises a 7,052m² warehouse, 450m² of modern office accommodation, a 1,026m² canopy and 1,341m² yard.
