Emirates has won two top awards at the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2017. As well as taking the title of International Airline of the Year, Emirates was named the ‘Best of the Best’ for 2017, coming out on top of all other 21 category winners with the highest customer satisfaction of any company operating in New Zealand.
Geneva – The International Air Transport Association (IATA) called on the governments and air navigation service providers of Europe to address the region’s airspace bottlenecks, as new data revealed that delays so far this year have more than doubled compared to 2017.
