Edinburgh will become Emirates’ 41st destination in Europe from October 1 and the Earlybird fares will apply to travel in various periods next year. Among these are return Economy Class fares to favourite destinations such as London and Copenhagen, also from $1,599; Amsterdam and Zagreb from $1,699; Barcelona from $1,749; and Rome and Paris from $1,799.

Return Business Class fares to Edinburgh, London, Copenhagen and Rome are from $7,399; Zagreb from $7,449; Barcelona from $7,499; Paris from $7,649; and Amsterdam from $7,739.

Fares are inclusive of all taxes and are on sale until October 2. Various conditions apply.

Emirates flies three services daily from New Zealand to Dubai and beyond – an A380 non-stop flight to Dubai from Auckland, a Boeing 777-300ER service from Auckland via Bali, and an A380 from Christchurch via Sydney.

All New Zealand services offer First, Business and Economy Class travel and provide direct connections at Dubai with onward Emirates flights to key destinations in Europe, including seven airports in the UK (eight from October), four each in Germany and Italy, three in France, and two each in Spain and Russia.
