4 April 2016 - St. Paul, MN-based adhesives manufacturer H.B. Fuller announced Tuesday that is has agreed to acquired Advanced Adhesives, which provides industrial adhesives to the Austriala and New Zealand market from its base in South Windsor, a suburb of Sydney, Australia.

The acquisition is expected to close by late April.

Founded in 1985, Advanced Adhesives had 2015 sales of $17 million. It will be part of H.B. Fuller's Asia Pacific operating segment.

H.B. Fuller says Advanced Adhesives works in a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, woodworking and product assembly applications.
